Today I'm podcasting from the closet. (My fiance's closet to be specific).
If you are travelling a lot you can make a folder that contains all of your podcast files (your intro, outro, sound effects), then load these files into Audacity (or for me mixcraft), then you can record your content (for me that was in the closet), and the import that file into your project and export it as an mp3.
