Homework: The Call To Courage

I just hit play on Brene Brown's the Call to Courage on Netflix. I have no idea who she is (tons of bestsellers it turns out like Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead , been on Oprah). Why did I press play?
The Title: “The Call to Courage”
Every podcaster should watch this because:
1. The content. It talks about being vulnerable and how being vulnerable is starting something when you don't know the outcome. To start a podcast, you will be seen. Not everyone will like you. It takes courage to be vulnerable.
2. Notice how she is taking boring data from tons of studies and interviews and illustrates them with stories about her family and travels.
3. She mixes in humor.
Also, like a good podcast, it has now inspired me to check out her back catalog on Audible and Amazon. She got me to think and laugh, and do a little self inflection. She talks about how she is an introvert. If you're an introvert a podcast is the best vehicle for you as you get to talk to people without actually talking to people. Here is the trailer.
