You want to grow your podcast audience, but you keep shooting yourself in the foot. Also, podcasting is starting to attract people who are making tools we don’t need, from people who don’t have podcasts. However, they can triple your monthly downloads!

When you pause your show, you give your audience permission to listen to something else if you don’t tell them to listen to your back episodes. I don’t recommend taking a break from your podcast, but if you must, I have some tips.
